WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Step Down Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Vineland, NJ.

Job Function:

• Night Shift.

• Prepares and administers prescribed medications (orally, subcutaneously, or intravenously) and accurately documents their administration.

• Reports any adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with policies and procedures for registered nursing practice.

• Educates patients about surgical procedures and provides support throughout their care.

• Records patient medical information and vital signs accurately and thoroughly.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Current State RN license (or willingness to obtain).

• 3 years of experience in this specialty.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
