ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work Monday-Friday 5x8 hour shifts with rotating on-call responsibilities including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Take on average 7-9 days of call per month with 20-minute response time to hospital
• Work as perioperative RN providing care to patients before, during, and after operations and procedures
• Must be skilled in Pre-op, PACU, and Circulating for all General, Ortho, and O.B. cases including C-sections
• Available to assist with trauma cases in the Emergency Room
• Must feel confident caring for surgical patients during middle-of-night emergency call cases as the only O.R. nurse in house
• Blue scrubs preferred
• Current unencumbered RN licensure in Utah or compact state required
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Current BLS certification required; current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
• Excellent knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques required
• Must demonstrate emotional and physical stamina with ability to respond effectively in stressful situations
• Prior experience in pre-op and/or PACU preferred
• Knowledge of surgical operation procedures preferred
• Level 4 Trauma designation
• Recognized holidays include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
