Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct a team of Nurse Case Managers
Oversee management and fiscal affairs for the assigned region
Coordinate performance improvement activities
Review and recommend changes to Company policies and procedures
Ensure quality care delivery and appropriate case management
Educate and assure staff compliance with clinical services, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
Current unblemished and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in Washington
Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience including home care
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Licensed driver with clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
BSN or MSN
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
One to two (1-2) years case management experience
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of home care federal and state regulations
