Key Responsibilities

  • Coach Agents/Representatives to improve knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and site Supervisors
  • Drive high-performance sales and compliance standards
  • Monitor agents via Live listen
  • Complete daily call reviews and coaching

Required Qualifications

  • Health Insurance License
  • Previous call center experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Experience as a mentor, trainer, or acting supervisor
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
