Join AllSaints as an HR Business Partner to support our retail leadership across the U.S. and Canada. You'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee relations while fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with retail field leadership on operations and recruitment
Manage employee relations and legal compliance
Create and lead reporting on labor turnover and statistics
Support leaders in performance management and talent planning
Act as system administrator for HRIS and ATS
Lead training projects and team initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Proven experience in handling California employment law
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Google platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Experience in fashion retail company
Experience supporting client groups in multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces
Experience using Ceridian and Dayforce HRM platforms
