About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, ventilator management, and responding to medical emergencies . This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide life-saving care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor and assess vital signs, ventilator settings, and artificial airways
• Deliver timely updates to physicians, patients, and families on treatment progress
• Respond rapidly to medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in CA (Required)
• BLS & ACLS Certifications (Required)
• PALS or NIHSS Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience (Required)
• Proficiency in ventilator management and critical care interventions
• EPIC or other EMR experience (Preferred)
