Key Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate reimbursement for patient care services
Complete MDS and Care Area Assessments
Develop individualized patient care plans
Contribute to the Resident Assessment Instrument process
Identify changes in patient condition and coordinate assessments
Assist with training for new hires and ongoing education
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse currently licensed by the state
Previous experience in a hospital or long-term facility
Prior experience completing MDSs and Care Plans
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, regulations, and guidelines
