Key Responsibilities
Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments
Document patient care given
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
Assist patients with activities of daily living

Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current NM RN licensure or appropriate RN Compact licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Critical thinking skills
Decisive judgment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC certification within six months
