Join the ASPCA as the Director of Mobile Veterinary Services, leading a dynamic nonprofit program that brings quality veterinary care to underserved communities. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality patient care and client experience
Foster a culture of respect, belonging, and teamwork
Achieve program impact goals for mobile clinics
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building positive working relationships
Excellent time management skills
California Veterinary Technician license a plus
Must have a Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain within first six months
Fear Free® Shelter certified or obtain within 60 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Previous experience driving large vehicles
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
