Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update staffing needs of patients and families
  • Coordinate opening of new patient referrals with Clinical Supervisor
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to engage and convert nurses and care team members
  • Attract nurses through passive methods like sourcing and job fairs
  • Ensure nurses' desired hours are met weekly for retention
  • Work with Onboarding Specialist to ensure nurse credentials are up to date
  • Optimize care coverage for all patients and nurses
  • Handle on-call responsibilities and cover open shifts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years sales or service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting/hiring candidates
  • Home care or healthcare experience
