Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update staffing needs of patients and families
Coordinate opening of new patient referrals with Clinical Supervisor
Utilize applicant tracking system to engage and convert nurses and care team members
Attract nurses through passive methods like sourcing and job fairs
Ensure nurses' desired hours are met weekly for retention
Work with Onboarding Specialist to ensure nurse credentials are up to date
Optimize care coverage for all patients and nurses
Handle on-call responsibilities and cover open shifts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years sales or service experience in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
Results-oriented with proven ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
