Job Description

Join Sanofi as an Associate Director of Strategic Account and Patient Marketing, where you'll lead the marketing strategy for Cablivi, an innovative treatment for aTTP. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of HCPs, Accounts and DTC marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage promotional materials, campaigns, and content tailored to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective execution
  • Support the development of the annual brand plan, including positioning and tactical planning
  • Monitor brand performance and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks
  • Manage agency partners and internal resources to deliver high-quality campaigns
  • Explore and implement Generative AI tools for content creation and personalization

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product management
  • Strong Brand marketing skills
  • Proven experience in both HCP and DTC marketing within a regulated industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to synthesize insights and data to inform strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, KPIs, ROI analysis, and budget optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Office, Veeva PromoMats, IQVIA, Adobe, or Salesforce
  • Exposure to digital marketing or omnichannel campaigns
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with evolving priorities
