Key Responsibilities
Conducting and improving Occupational Health Services
Managing employee health and wellness services
Collaborating on infectious disease outbreak management
Conducting employee health assessments and screenings
Providing chronic disease management and lifestyle counseling
Maintaining and holding confidential electronic medical records
Implementing and monitoring clinical care policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Training and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational health or primary care setting
Minimum of 2 years of staff management experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Current licensure in the state where working
CPR certified
Phlebotomy skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and OSHA
Knowledge of computer-based medical records management systems
Previous experience with electronic medical records
