Job Description

As a Client Development Manager at Randstad, you will harness your sales expertise to drive growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Utilize your strategic mindset to implement sales plans and maintain a competitive edge in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities within existing and prospecting clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified contacts
  • Increase market share and revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of business experience
  • 2+ years of business to business sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields
  • CAP, PACE Certification
  • Previous experience and/or background in Business Administration, Office Management
