Key Responsibilities
Complete Durability and Damage Tolerance Analysis for structural locations
Provide technical solutions for aircraft production lines regarding stress and fatigue analysis
Perform single flight probability of failure risk analysis
Utilize 3D modeling and data visualization software to update airframe models
Perform full scale fatigue test finding match analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree
2+ years of experience performing structural fatigue and fracture analysis
Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
Ability to develop technical reports and present results
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree or a PhD
Active Secret Clearance
Knowledge and experience with fixed wing military aircraft platforms
Knowledge of Aircraft Structural Integrity Program requirements
Experience with structural analysis software such as PATRAN/NASTRAN, StressCheck, and Lifeworks
Ability to understand and write engineering reports based on analysis results
Experience with Spectrum Generation
Experience with Full-Scale Fatigue Testing
