Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Review and audit accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgets
  • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in financial coordination, accounting, or a related role
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or a similar industry
