Key Responsibilities
Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
Review and audit accounts payable and receivable transactions
Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to budgets
Support audits by preparing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
