Job Description

Join CHRISTUS Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the IMC CardioVascular unit, where you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine and repetitive patient care activities
  • Support admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
  • Prepare rooms for patient admission
  • Safely transport stable patients
  • Maintain security and confidentiality
  • Cleans and organizes equipment and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Respond to emergencies and patient call lights

Required Qualifications

  • CNA License in state of employment
  • BLS certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Patient care experience in an acute care setting
