Key Responsibilities
Execute Acquisition 365, renew, upgrade, and cross-sell BJ's Loyalty Programs
Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, and general customer service inquiries
Deliver superior customer service and resolve member concerns
Promote BJ's membership products and achieve sales goals
Maintain club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
Preferred Qualifications
Basic math skills preferred
Computer proficiency preferred
