Key Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care to patients with minimal guidance
Administer oxygen and other medical gases, aerosolized medications, and ventilators
Perform pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality service
Participate in additional training and certification courses
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor Degree from an AMA approved Respiratory program
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) granted by The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner license
BLS certification
