Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on capital projects for manufacturing facilities
Manage mechanical aspects of projects including design and installation
Develop engineering solutions to improve equipment reliability
Create and maintain documentation for engineering and maintenance teams
Design compliant solutions with ISO 14001 and EHS initiatives
Provide capital cost estimates and establish project timelines
Specify and solicit equipment quotations
Deliver technical support to Production and Maintenance departments
Work closely with process engineering and manage outside personnel
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years' experience for level II Engineer
5+ years' experience for level III Engineer
Strong desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good judgment, self-motivation, and commitment to safety
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
Flexibility to handle diverse assignments
Ability to perform hands-on work and collaborate on the shop floor
Preferred Qualifications
Technically proficient in CAD modeling (Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
Willingness to work off shifts and travel between facilities
