Job Description
As a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will leverage your passion for hospitality and management skills to enhance guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You will oversee all store operations, supported by the home office, to ensure exceptional service and care.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week
Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends
A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
Valid driver's license
Fluency in English
