Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
  • Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
  • Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
  • Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
  • Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
  • Experience in working with children and families
  • Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
  • Educational background leading to professional licensing
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
