Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This remote position allows you to assist clients in navigating tax complexities and preparing individual tax returns, while enjoying a range of company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and team expertise to deliver accurate answers
Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to obtain a compliant internet connection
