Job Description
Palmer Gas & Oil is seeking a skilled Service Technician with a NH gasfitters license to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by efficiently maintaining and repairing propane and oil appliances, while ensuring adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service by maintaining and repairing propane, oil, and A/C appliances
Drive company vehicles safely to perform service at customer locations
Diagnose and explain service issues to customers
Install and maintain gas and oil appliances, heating, boiler, and furnace systems
Document service details and maintain required paperwork
Participate in ongoing training and assist in training new employees
Required Qualifications
NH gasfitters license
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Strong troubleshooting skills
Safe driving record
Medical card must keep current
Preferred Qualifications
Maine and Mass gasfitters license
Maine Oil and Mass Oil certification
A/C skills
CETP training
