Join Disney Live Entertainment as an Operations Associate Coordinator to support operational leadership with administrative and project tasks. This full-time role will enable you to engage with a diverse team, manage projects, and enhance the guest experience at Disney locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and project support
Manage heavy project-based assignments and event coordination
Schedule complex meetings and capture action items
Optimize scheduling of commitments on leaders' calendars
Process/manage purchase orders and expense reports
Prepare reports and business summaries for Production Managers
Handle confidential information responsibly
Support all stages of the project lifecycle
Drive events and team-building activities
Conduct research and prepare materials for presentations
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with partners
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
