Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arkansas or compact state)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility (travel nurse requirement)
• Ability to provide all required nursing certifications upon submission

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Circulate in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team
• Prepare the OR for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital policies
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
