We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse to join our team for a contract position in a 356-bed acute care hospital. The ideal candidate is a strong caregiver who thrives on the PM shift and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively to provide high-quality care to our patients.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: PM Shift
• Weekend Requirement: Flexibility to work weekends is required. The specific weekend requirement will be based on the length of the contract.
• On-Call: Not required.
• Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to the Mother/Baby unit. Floating to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro may also be required.
• Guaranteed Hours: The facility guarantees hours but reserves the right to call off one shift per a two-week pay period.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of recent L&D experience is required.
• First-Time Travelers: We are open to accepting first-time travelers.
• Precepting Skills: Precepting skills are strongly preferred.
• License: Must hold an active RN license. We are unable to accept pending licenses at this time.
• Requested Time Off (RTO): Any RTO must be included with your submission.
• Certifications (Required):
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support ( ACLS )
  • Basic Life Support ( BLS )
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program ( NRP )
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses ( AWHONN Advanced )
