Job Description & Requirements Job Duties:
The Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating day-to-day clinical operations in collaboration with the Hospice Clinical Director to ensure timely delivery of patient care and to improve clinical/quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
The Clinical Coordinator also functions as a clinical resource and mentor for the Hospice nursing staff.
The position serves as back-up for our Clinical Director as needed. Required:
