Job Description
Join Teleperformance USA as a Licensed Insurance Representative and be a vital part of a dynamic team. You will engage with customers, providing them support and innovative solutions while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide feedback on call issues.
Upsell if required.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
Over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
Proven oral & written communication skills
Ability to type 25 wpm
Comfort with desktop computer system
Logical problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
Organization and work prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
6 months Customer service experience preferred
