Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in performing inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
Perform FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles under supervision
Learn to perform quality maintenance repairs on all fleet vehicles
Address driver vehicle inspection report write-ups efficiently
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications
Document all work performed on work orders

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Current and valid driver's license (CDL Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training 2-year school
Annual Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Brake Inspector Certification Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
ASE certifications – Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
609 HVAC Certification
Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software
