Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists
  • Develop and execute scalable recruiting programs and processes
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and HR teams for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training programs and orientation content

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communication, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent pipeline development
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vision to design innovative strategies using various sourcing tools
