Key Responsibilities
Design and manage end-to-end talent acquisition strategies
Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists
Develop and execute scalable recruiting programs and processes
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing needs
Enhance employer branding initiatives
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies
Partner with Marketing and HR teams for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training programs and orientation content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communication, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent pipeline development
Effective leadership skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
