Key Responsibilities
Provide therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
Assist in the implementation of vocational/education programs
Design/adapt equipment and working/living environments
Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients
Document observations and prepare clinical notes
Instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
Design community reintegration activities
Required Qualifications
Current and unrestricted OTA licensure
Good organizational and communication skills
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience
Home Health experience
Current CPR certification
