Join Intuit as a Tax Analyst and work remotely to help clients navigate the complexities of taxation. With a focus on customer satisfaction and professional integrity, you'll provide expert tax advice and support through intuitive technology.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly
Utilize government websites and professional resources to assist customers
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
