Intuit is looking for Tax Associates to support clients during tax season from the comfort of your home. You'll provide tax advice and help clients navigate their tax returns using TurboTax, enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
