- Beds:
- 4 beds in Annex (secure psychiatric holding)
- 25 procedure rooms
- 8 hallway beds (utilized 24/7)
- Staff: 88 (combined roles)
- Shift Staffing:
- 7a–3a: 1 Charge RN, 7 RNs, 3 ED Techs, 2 RP; Annex: 1 RN, 1 ED Tech
- 3a–7a: 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 2 ED Techs, 1 RP; Annex: 1 RN, 1 ED Tech
- Patient Ratio: 4:1 (flexible during surge)
- Equipment: U/S IV skills, Lucas Device, Hotline Rapid Infuser, Alaris pumps, Pyxis
- EMR: Sunrise / Allscripts
- Patient Population: Trauma, Stroke, Sepsis, DKA, NEHI cardiac patients, psychiatric care
Position Requirements - Experience: Minimum 2 years ED experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required
- Skills:
- Strong assessment and critical thinking
