Required Qualifications
Current Resume
Clinical License and Specialty Certifications mandated by the Client's State requirements
Current BLS from the American Heart Association
Two current clinical references
Must be able to pass background check
Physical (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
Preferred Qualifications
At least two (2) years of recent experience in healthcare field
Travel experience
