Key Responsibilities
Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care
Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
Communicate patient clinical conditions and respond to changes
Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments of patients
Develop and revise individualized plans of care
Educate patients and families regarding care and pain management
Document nursing process and responses to care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current licensure in the state of Connecticut
Minimum one year of nursing experience
BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a float pool or similar role
BSN degree
