Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Assist in coaching and providing feedback to team members
Adapt to various areas within the ED as needed

Required Qualifications

2 years’ experience as a nurse
1 year experience in ER setting
Ability to coach and give feedback in real time
Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Level 2 trauma center
Experience in comprehensive stroke center
Previous HCA experience
