Key Responsibilities
Provide activities of daily living care to residents under supervision
Maintain confidentiality of resident information
Assist with personal hygiene and nutrition
Perform resident treatments as assigned
Record resident information accurately
Participate in resident care planning
Required Qualifications
Listed on the state registry as a Nursing Assistant within 120 days of employment
Ability to lift and transfer 30 pounds of resident weight frequently
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn constantly
Organizational skills
Motivation to work with geriatric persons
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
