Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to define project requirements and objectives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive communication and resolution of issues
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in operational technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in operational technology project management
  • 5+ years of experience in OT systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, IoT) and cybersecurity principles
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Current project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL)
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience communicating and negotiating with stakeholders both internal and external
