Job Description

As a Talent Solutions Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction by matching client staffing needs with top talent. You'll proactively source candidates, manage hiring processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance client outcomes. This role is ideal for a skilled recruiter eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates using innovative tools and strategies
  • Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
  • Manage the hiring and placement process
  • Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting plans
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews and present competitive offer packages
  • Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with Client Solutions Managers
  • Establish targeted business recruiting plans
  • Utilize social media to amplify brand visibility and reach
  • Foster community involvement and business networking
  • Manage the disciplinary process for talent
  • Provide excellent customer service to talent and clients
  • Interact regularly with placed talent to ensure job satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields highly preferred
  • 2+ years of business experience and/or 1+ year in recruiting professional roles
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Proven success using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate talent leads
  • Strong understanding of business operations and/or office management best practices
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and effectively prioritize workload
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies or processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience and/or background in Business Administration or Office Management
