Key Responsibilities
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establishes a plan of care that involves the patient/family
Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits
Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervises and delegates care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians
Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
