Job Description
Join Columbia Mental Health as a Couples and Family Therapist, where you will provide impactful mental health care in a supportive environment, helping clients thrive and achieve resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Clinical level licensure preferred (LCSW, LCPC)
Experience working with couples and families
Preferred Qualifications
LGMFT or LMFT licensure
Passionate about mental health
Strong commitment to ethical practice
