Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Support improved outcomes and service in partnership with leadership
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff
Assist with staff scheduling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in BSN program
Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Preferred Qualifications
Masters in Nursing
