Key Responsibilities
Provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the Compensation Services department
Supervises and evaluates the performance of three directors
Develops and implements integrated compensation strategies
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Collaborates with various departments for seamless integration of systems
Leads responses to audits and regulatory reviews
Analyzes compensation and benefits data for strategic recommendations
Oversees vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Leads initiatives to enhance employee understanding of compensation and benefits
Represents Compensation Services in cross-departmental initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, accounting, or a related field
Five years of progressively responsible experience in compensation, payroll, or benefits administration
Five years in a supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance practices
Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA)
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Experience with Oracle-based payroll and benefits systems
