Job Description
As a Citizens Part-Time Teller, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences through personalized service and financial solutions. You will engage with customers, assisting them with transactions and offering guidance on their financial journeys while adhering to all policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with transactions
Demonstrate use of mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice to help customers achieve financial goals
Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits
Follow financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
Customer-centric approach
Comfortable with digital technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask effectively
