Key Responsibilities

Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation
Interact with customers using video communication software
Create high-quality customer interactions
Document customer interactions
Work towards meeting company performance metrics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience in business tax preparation
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
Experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses or certificates
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Proficient with technology and tax preparation software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
