Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment
Establish, coordinate and evaluate a plan of care
Provide and document nursing interventions based on assessed patient needs
Monitor and document patient condition and response to care
Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

Licensed to work as an RN in the state of Missouri
Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
One year of registered nurse experience
