Key Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative sales strategies for MDU properties
  • Develop strategic sales presentations for long-term agreements
  • Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas
  • Build consultative relationships with high-level clientele
  • Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Up to 1+ year(s) of strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cycles
  • Proven negotiation skills and contract proposal/review experience
  • Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks
  • Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting and tracking customer interactions
  • Effective communicator via phone, email, and WebEx
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlines
  • Adaptable communication style
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Automated reporting and analysis application
  • Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU
  • Familiarity with the cable industry
