Job Description
As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, providing a positive experience for users. This dynamic role offers the chance to grow in a collaborative environment while handling various types of content.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines
Review, classify, and eliminate sensitive content uploaded by users
Investigate and resolve complex content-related issues
Comply with corporate confidentiality policies
Participate in continuous training programs
Provide trends and insights for process improvements
Required Qualifications
Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills
Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
Attention to detail
Ability to be flexible to meet changing business needs
Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts
Experienced with Windows operating systems
Strong computer skills with ability to use multiple windows and/or programs
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED or higher
Over 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reviewing/monitoring social media
Consistent work history
Proven oral & written communication skills
