Lead a high-performing local sales organization
Meet and exceed company plan objectives
Lead and direct Customer Engagement efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional departments
Recruit and develop local sales leadership
Manage performance of sales managers and associates
Champion performance management in key performance indicators
Partner with other departments to maximize selling resources
Participate in national campaigns and promotions
Implement corporate/market changes and programs
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
Manage major client accounts
Represent Sysco at community/business meetings
Lead strategy for sales associate development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10 years sales experience
7 years leading a B2B sales team in a professional sales environment
